David Bailey_HeadshotDavid M. Bailey believes that the Church should be a credible witness in reconciliation and racial healing. He’s the founder and executive director of Arrabon; a ministry that equips and empowers Christians to be effective in the ministry of reconciliation. David is an active speaker, consultant and strategist for many national organizations about cultural intelligence and culture-making. He was named by Christianity Today as one of “The Twenty Most Creative Christians We Know” and is the executive producer of the Urban Doxology Project. He’s rooted at East End Fellowship and serves as a teaching elder at his church. David’s greatest honor in life is to be married to his wonderful and beautiful wife, Joy.

Kristen Peyton is a painter, printmaker, and muralist working from observation and invention. She earned a Masters of Fine Art in Painting from the University of New Hampshire in May of 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary in 2012. Kristen is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a resident of Ashland, Virginia, where she works as the Director and Curator of the Flippo Gallery at Randolph-Macon College. This summer she received the First-Place Juror’s Prize in Oxford Art Alliance’s National Juried Show 2017 in Oxford, Pennsylvania, juried by Tom Pardon, director of the Brandywine River Museum of Art. Additionally, she has exhibited works in curated shows across the East Coast and in New York City, including Blue Mountain Gallery’s 2018 Juried Exhibition, juried by Betty Cuningham, Linda Matney Gallery’s Celebration of Female Artists, Manifest Gallery’s MASTER PIECES, and First Street Gallery’s MFA National Competition, juried by Lance Esplund, art critic for the Wall Street Journal. Hailing from Wilmington, North Carolina Tippett is a potter focusing on decorative and functional pieces.
