The story of God’s heart for justice needs a creative space to be experienced. So, a series of collaborations began between leaders, artists, theologians, abolitionists, agents of the kingdom of God, and networks of community-shaping organizations.
The collaborations became windows into the thin places where God’s kingdom of heaven comes down to earth. Places where students, adults, leaders, friends, enemies, people far from God, people close to God, big organizations, businesses, non-profits, social enterprises and just about all people could spend a day hearing stories of how art, love, farming, prayer, hope, film, music, law enforcement, self-lessness, social media, humility, learning and more are restoring the world into the place God had always intended it to be.
There are two large group gatherings, with breakout sessions, interactive worship experiences (i.e. opportunities to engage in film, prayer, stories, and art as a means of reflection and response), all wrapped up with a closing concert. The day is laid out to provide opportunities for conversation, listening, reflection, worship, questions, hope, and learning. Join us!
